When exactly is the fee charged?
The fee is deducted automatically at the moment a player completes their payment. For game managers, that's 7% on every drop-in ticket or bundle sale. For venue managers, it's 4% per booking (capped at ₦3,000), taken when the booking is confirmed.
What's the difference between a booking and a bundle?
A booking covers a single session — a player pays and gets a confirmed spot for that game. A booking bundle lets a player pay once for access to a set of sessions you've grouped together — however many you decide to include. The 7% fee applies to both.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The percentage fee shown is the only charge. There are no setup fees, or hidden costs. Ever.
How do I get paid?
After the fee is deducted, earnings are automatically transferred to your registered bank account. Payouts are typically completed within 2 business days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You're not locked into any contracts. Stop using Qball Admin whenever you'd like, with no penalties or exit fees.
